Proof Sheet Plan
When clients ask what photos we have on a given topic, and we’re confident we can supply at least one suitable image, we suggest our “Proof Sheet Plan.”
Here’s how it works: Upon receipt of the US$60 we regularly charge private parties for one standard-size print, we will scan all relevant images and e-mail them as thumbnails.
This lets you evaluate everything we have on the subject, while covering some of the time we spend for the research, scanning and preparation.
Then, if you select one (or more) of these pictures to purchase as standard-size prints, you’ve already paid for the first one and it comes to you at no additional charge, postage-free. (As a courtesy to our California colleagues, and also to simplify logistics, in this Proof Sheet Plan case we’ll cover the dratted sales tax as well.)
“Standard-size” means 8×10-inch GLOSSY or 8.5×11-inch LUSTRE, your choice (please remember to specify; if you prefer to leave it up to us, we’ll default to letter-sized 8.5×11 ON LUSTRE PAPER).
We can also offer larger sizes, as seen on the “Sizes and Prices” page.
